Role: Restaurant Manager - Stylish Bar/Restaurant

Location: Manchester

Salary: £40,000 + Bonus
Hours: 45 Hours Per Week

I'm looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to be second in command at one of Manchester's most stylish, high-end bar/restaurants.

By day, they serve modern, elegant dishes in a refined setting. By night the space transforms into a buzzing late night bar. This role is perfect for someone who can lead the front of house with energy, confidence, and have a real presence to become the face of the venue.

Guests should feel like they've walked into your place and they should remember you, ask for you, and come back because of you.
